This position offers a broad mix of commercial leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development work for institutional clients. About the Role
You will support senior leaders across a range of high-value property transactions involving institutional and commercial clients. This includes:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
• Managing the sale and purchase of commercial properties
• Conducting due diligence for acquisitions
• Preparing off-the-plan sale contracts (residential, commercial & industrial)
• Advising on body corporate issues and regulatory compliance
• Staying informed on market and legal developments in property law

You’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and clients, gaining experience in every stage of the property transaction lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ PAE in property law, ideally in a mid-to-top-tier environment
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and client management
• Experience with leasing, conveyancing, and acquisitions/disposals
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team setting
