Salary range for this position is $40.46 to $ 49.25 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you’ll be delivering holistic care directly to people in their homes.
You’ll:
- Assess, plan, and coordinate clinical care for older Australians and their families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement best-practice care.
- Ensure care plans are current, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual.
- Promote safety, dignity, and well-being — while helping people remain in their own homes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and meet compliance and accreditation standards.
This role offers the rare opportunity to build genuine relationships with your clients while delivering meaningful, high-impact care.
About You
You are a compassionate, client-focused professional who is:
- AHPRA-registered as a Registered Nurse, with a current Practising Certificate.
- Skilled in clinical assessment, care planning, and case coordination.
- Holds a current CPR certificate and a valid driver’s licence.
- Comfortable using mobile devices to manage clinical documentation on the go.
- Passionate about aged care, with experience in home care or community settings preferred.
- Posses a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check – or the ability to obtain.
- Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check
