About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
- Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best-practice care
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
- Strong clinical skills and a person-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work across different shifts as required
