H People is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for an industry-leading 3PL warehouse based in Truganina.

These are ongoing roles in a fast-paced environment, focused primarily on truck loading and unloading. If you're confident on the forklift and ready for consistent hours in a high-performing warehouse – we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer:

• AM Shift: 4:30am start – $34 per hour
• PM Shift: 12:00pm start – $38 per hour

About the role:

• Counterbalance forklift operation
• Predominantly loading/unloading trucks
• Efficient and accurate handling of palletised freight
• General warehouse duties as required
• Working to time-sensitive schedules and safety standards

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience in forklift truck loading/unloading
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and freight handling
• Ability to work in a high-volume 3PL environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong safety-first mindset
