About the role
Our scheduling team are the engine that drives, supports and organises our incredible care teams out in the community who are supporting older people maintain independence and be in their own homes longer. Matching the right person to clients needs by responding to calls, requests and enquiries in a cheerful and helpful manner, juggling schedules, locations and needs. As well as providing rosters to staff, the team keeping records up to date and ensure effective and timely communication with clients and support workers.
About you
It takes a special type of person to excel at scheduling! You’ll love solving puzzles, juggling tasks, hate being bored and genuinely love helping others through delivering the worlds best customer service. Some of the key tricks up your sleeve will include:
- Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is ideal
- Rostering experience, ideally in an at home care setting
- Being available to participate in the on-call and weekend rotating roster is a must – we work as a close team so all take turns!
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy while under pressure
- Excellent drive, initiative and problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
