About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face customers see when they walk into our offices – helping them choose the right storage, packing supplies, and moving options. Day-to-day tasks include:

Providing excellent customer service in person, through emails, and over the phone

Processing payments and handling admin tasks

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented site

Performing routine checks and reporting damage or safety hazards to management

Rotating between multiple store locations for variety and experience

What We’re Looking For

No storage experience? No problem! If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

Ideal if you have a retail, sales, or hospitality background

Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role - training is provided

Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction

Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks

Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic

Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks

Goal-oriented and results-driven

Written and verbal communication skills

Physically fit

Driver's license

The Details

Locations: Eastgardens, Rockdale, Hurstville, Kingsgrove, Caringbah
Shifts available across:
Monday–Saturday: 7:30am–5:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm
