Storage Consultant – Full‑Time Position with Customer Service & Sales Focus

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driven to exceed sales targets? We’re looking for a full‑time Storage Consultant to become an ambassador for Storage Plus in helping customers find the ideal storage solutions while maximising revenue through strong sales performance.
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement: Greet and build rapport with walk‑in, phone and online enquiries, understanding each customer’s unique needs.
Sales & Solutions: Recommend tailored self‑storage or mobile storage options, upsell add‑ons (packing supplies, insurance) and close bookings to achieve KPIs.
Account Management: Manage reservations, process payments, handle account queries and follow up with warm leads to convert prospects into customers.
Customer Care: Provide exceptional ongoing support—conduct facility tours, explain security features, and ensure a seamless move‑in experience.
Facility Presentation: Maintain a welcoming, secure environment—keep the office, and storage areas organised, clean and customer‑ready.
Team Collaboration: Share insights, leads and best practices with the team to drive collective success.

Essential Requirements

Full Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
