We have an outstanding opportunity available where you can gain experience within a busy office environment to kick start your admin career! Ideally you will have general administration experience however we are open to proven customer service experience (can be retail/hospitality etc) where you have the transferable skills but just need to be given the opportunity to prove yourself. This role is available for an immediate start and are for approximately 3-6 months on a temporary basis, however, there is the possibility this role could turn into a long-term/permanent opportunity.

All you need is the right attitude, outstanding customer service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems as you will be using multiple computer systems/portals. Full training will be provided!

This role is available to start immediately so perfect if you are seeking full-time hours, 8.30-5, Monday to Friday.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with customers in relation to their requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule trades/assessors
  • Maintain database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
  • Document preparation (use of templates)
  • Basic email correspondence
  • Liaise with various internal and external contacts
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have solid customer service experience in a fast paced and busy environment and have the following attributes:

  • You have energy, drive and are love to help customers!
  • Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
  • We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or similar background wanting to take the leap into an office!
  • Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email
  • 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases - must be IT savvy/able to pick up internal systems
  • Great hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
  • Available for an immediate start
