We are looking for an experienced Dermal Nurse to join the team at Ascension Cosmetic Medicine in New Farm.

This beautiful 250m2 luxury clinic set on the river at New Farm offers the latest in modern cosmetic procedures. Emphasizing a skin first approach, every client begins their journey at Ascension Cosmetic Medicine with a comprehensive consultation to tailor a plan combining dermal filler, anti-wrinkle, skin, and laser treatments as appropriate to achieve best outcomes.

We are looking for a Dermal Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in providing both high quality cosmetic injectable treatments and laser therapies for our patients. You should have expert level skills in facial assessment and treatment planning, identifying patient goals and communicating expectations. You should have a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, danger areas, safe injecting techniques, skin conditions, and laser operation to ensure the safest treatments for our patients.

Cosmetic medicine (both injectables and skin treatments) should be your chosen career path, and you will require 2 years full time experience (or part-time equivalent) in delivering this hands-on.

Open hours include Monday – Saturday, with late nights included. Rosters cater to clinic demand with set hours guaranteed.

Qualifications / Experience

2+ years clinical experience

Full use QLD laser licence (for vascular and rejuvenation)

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relevant indemnity insurance

Experience in dermal assessments, treatment planning, and use of cross-referrals
