About the Role: Full time continuing position. Bathroomware importer and wholesale office based in Silverwater. Very friendly office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
Respond to customer phone and email enquires regarding orders
Liaise with the warehouse on order related issues
Perform other administrative duties required
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 12 month administrative working experience in a busy office
Professional customer service and phone manners
Attention to details and with excellent efficiency and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
Proactive with "Can Do" working attitude
