About Us:
SPLICE ELEC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Entry Specialist with experience using Simpro to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW. This part-time role will be responsible for managing our financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the business.

Role Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our Simpro system. Your attention to detail and understanding of Simpro workflows will support our operational and administrative teams in delivering timely and efficient service.

The successful candidate MUST have prior experience with Simpro software. Applicants without Simpro experience will not be considered for this postion.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update job, customer, and supplier data in Simpro

Maintain data integrity and ensure records are complete and up to date

Assist with importing/exporting reports, purchase orders, job costing, and scheduling data

Collaborate with operations and admin staff to support day-to-day processes

Identify and rectify any data inconsistencies or errors

Requirements:

Proven experience with Simpro

Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
