We help everyday Aussies build serious wealth through smart, no-BS property investing — and we’re on the hunt for a driven Buyer’s Agent to help us service our amazing clients.

This isn’t a support role. This is an end-to-end role where you’ll own the client relationship, source deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through settlement — with solid process, strong admin support, and real mentorship from someone who's built their own property portfolio and scaled this business from scratch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing 10 new investor clients per month - along with active clients still progressing toward settlement

Sourcing investment-grade properties

Presenting deals using our proven templates and frameworks

Negotiating offers and conducting thorough due diligence

Liaising with agents, brokers, PMs and B&P inspectors

Delivering a premium experience that keeps clients coming back

This isn't a 9 to 5 role (in a good way)

This isn't a clock-in, clock-out type of role. You'll have the flexibility to structure your days around client needs, deal flow and your own working rhythm. Some days will run longer, some shorter - we are more about outcomes and ownership than what time you logged in.

What We’re Offering

$90 base salary + super + bonus

Performance bonuses paid per settled deal

You'll comfortably get to OTE $150K+

You don't need to be a TikTok pro, but you need to be:

Comfortable being on camera (or open to learning)

Professional, relatable and clear in how you speak

Willing to represent the brand publicly from time to time

We'll help you grow into this if its new - but we won't hide behind the logo.
