About the Role:

• Lead and deliver client engagements focused on business case development, technology roadmaps, platform modernisation, architecture, and integration.
• Provide advisory services across systems, data, and platform solutions in superannuation, wealth management, insurance, and banking.
• Cultivate and grow client relationships, support business development initiatives, and represent the organisation as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal capability and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven consulting experience (Principal/Lead level) within technology and data environments.
• Strong exposure to Financial Services, ideally Superannuation and Wealth.
• Skilled in data, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Background in developing technology strategies and working directly with executive stakeholders.
