Profusion is working with a well renowned data technology client who is looking for an experienced Senior Databricks Data Engineer with excellent Azure and senior business engagement communication skills.

Role Overview

This role will see a highly technical individual work collaboratively in a team of high performing, extremely analytical data experts and other business stakeholders.

You will implement Data Engineering solutions with Azure and Databricks for a top tier Business Analytics Centre of Excellence.

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with business and Analytics stakeholders on requirements
• Participate in technical planning and design sessions
• Support team members in resolving delivery challenges
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audience

Experience and skills

• Excellent Databricks on Azure experience
• Excellent business engagement/ senior stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, help and share ideas ina CoE team
• Azure DevOps
• Databricks Asset Bundles
• Terraform
• Data Modelling using Kimball Methodology (desired)
