About the Role
ELEV8 is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, community-based services to a diverse caseload including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and private referrals. This is a contractor position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will work with clients in their homes and communities, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve greater independence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions

Deliver services in home, community, and virtual settings

Develop and implement tailored therapy plans

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (EPs, OTs, Psychologists, etc.)

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting aligned with NDIS and aged care requirements

What We’re Looking For
✅ AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience (NDIS or aged care experience highly regarded)
✅ Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Strong communication and time-management skills
✅ Passion for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives
