About Us

We are an exciting new private practice clinic that opened officially in December but have been operating elsewhere in Fitzroy for 2 years, featuring a state-of-the-art treatment room, welcoming reception area, extensive gym facilities, and a purpose-built recovery suite. Our main focus is on delivering exceptional care in the community and results for our clients, with a strong emphasis on continued professional development, evidence based treatment and a supportive fun working environment.

We have established strong ties within the community, receiving referrals from local GP's, Surgeons, Personal Trainers, Coaches and word-of-mouth recommendations.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated physio to join our team in a part-time sub-contractor role. You will be working alongside a senior physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience across the UK and Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physio who is confident working independently but looking to improve their MSK skills, with ongoing support and access to professional development.

We welcome applications from physios with general MSK experience as well as those with particular special interests such as women’s health, sports physiotherapy, tendon rehabilitation, or any other niche areas.

You will be treating a varied caseload from general lifestyle injuries such as lower back and neck pain; sporting injuries from running, netball, basketball, bouldering, power lifting, swimming, gym and surfing, to name a few; fracture management; occasional 60+ injury management and option to take over Pre-Natal caseload if desired. You will be working along side a Physio who treats everything from vertigo to tendinopathy, back pain to complicated fractures but who also specialises in shoulder and neck pain.

The chosen candidate will be encouraged and aided in making strong ties in the community to increase direct referral rate and make their presence known.

About You:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) private practice preferred

Special interests (e.g. women’s health, sports physio, upper or lower limb physio, running physio) highly regarded but not essential

Comfortable working independently while having constant support available

Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving great outcomes with highly skilled methods that ensure we help every patient who comes through our doors

Eager to continue developing professionally - essential

Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance required (APA preferred)

Hours:

Wednesdays and Saturdays (flexible hours)

One additional evening (flexible depending on candidate availability)
