This role also involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting social inclusion, supporting health and well-being, and upholding the rights and dignity of every individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, mealtime support, and medication administration (as required).

Support individuals to develop capacity and independence in areas such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and travel.

Assist in the implementation of personalised support plans and goal setting.

Facilitate community participation, including attending events, appointments, and recreational activities.

Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for individuals.

Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, carers, and other team members.

Document and report accurately on progress, incidents, and any changes in needs or behaviour.

Follow all policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding, privacy, health and safety, and manual handling.
