As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership. Working closely with our sales team to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction, whilst meeting Finance & Insurance KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee finance and Insurance (F&I) sales, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer service, and operational processes.

Lead, motivate, train and develop a high-performing sales team to help you meet F&I sales KPI's.

Monitor finance performances and prepare reports for senior management.

Coordinate marketing efforts to attract and retain customers & increase F&I sales.

Ensure the dealership adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Manager/F&I Manager role in the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of finance and insurance products within the vehicle dealership environment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's licence.

Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
