Our client is based in Arndell Park and are a state of the art high quality manufacturing producing prepacked foods. Due to recent business expansion, they are seeking Process Workers to join their growing team and support manufacturing operations.

The Role…

In this exciting role, reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of ingredients ready for processing. For example, cutting and mixing.
• Working on a production line, overseeing the flow of food products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Packaging food into containers and ensuring packaging is sealed correctly.
• Labelling packaging with any relevant required information.
• Inspecting raw and finished products to ensure quality and safety
• Carefully ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Utilising proper PPE such as hair nets and aprons.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant Process Worker position.
• Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable work with meat and meat products
• Be willing to work in a cold environment
• Be available Mon - Fri
• Have full working rights
