About the Role:

• Assist with precast concrete production processes including mould setup, steel fixing, concrete pouring, and finishing
• Perform general labouring duties and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Operate hand and power tools as required (training provided)
• Forklift operation if licensed and experienced

Requirements:

• Previous experience in precast, construction, or manufacturing preferred
• Valid forklift licence and proven forklift experience highly regarded
• Physically fit with the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Reliable transport to Somersby or Warnervale
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
• Ability to pass pre- employment checks
