We have multiple vehicles and vessels, so your work is wide and varied.

The Position:

Ideally this role would suit a Mechanic/Marine mechanic that is looking for a change from the ordinary routine. Someone that is excited by unique specialised equipment and can also turn their hand to vessel refits.

We have a well-equipped, centrally located workshop and will provide all the support, essentials, and planning required to assist you in the job and keep our vehicles and vessels in top operating condition.

With an exciting time ahead in research and development, the successful applicant will become a key part of our existing, dedicated and professional team, and could be a major contributor to the development of new vessels and other growth areas of our business.

Skills & Experience required:

The successful applicant will bring a desire to work with us in creating the best outcome for our team, our business and our customers.

• Cert 3 in Heavy Commercial Vehicle mechanics, or Equivalent qualification
• General experience in heavy vehicles, automotive and/or marine
• Well organised, with good record keeping and ability to maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Very high attention to detail
• Proven Diagnostic experience
• Willingness to learn
• A pleasant, respectful and mature manner
• Current MR or HR and coxswains’ certificate (or higher) would be an advantage, but not essential
• Reliable and punctual

This is a full time position Weekend work is essential and is shared across the team.
