OnSite Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Store Person/Machine Operator based in Pakenham, VIC.

Our client is a leader in the construction and building supplies industries, and are looking to take on a new, eager team member to learn the role and become an integral part of the business. Initially, the role is offering 5 days per week on a casual basis. A Forklift license and experience is required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who lives in or near by Pakenham, for a short commute to work. We are looking at taking on someone with an ASAP start, with the opportunity for permanent position in the future.

Duties may include:

Plant machine operation

Forklift operation - loading trucks, shelves etc.

Order picking and store work

Palletising

General clean up

Manual handling and lifting over 20kg

Checking off driver deliveries

What's required?

Your own PPE

Counterbalance Forklift License - experience is a must due to the environment

Great attitude and willing to learn

Physically fit and able to lift over 20kg on a regular basis

Willing complete drug and alcohol screening

Strong communication Skills

Must have own transport

Strong focus on safety

Must be available for an immediate start
