We are a well-established General Practice located in Kangaroo Point seeking a Registered Nurse.

We are supported by 2 General Practitioners and administrative staff.

We provide a respectful, positive and friendly work environment. The suitable candidate will need to have excellent communication and administrative skills. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to patients and doctors.

Availability:

3-5 shifts per week available, flexible hours during 8 - 5pm

Immediate start on offer

Daily duties will include:

Childhood and adult immunisations.

Order and monitor medical supplies and vaccines.

Chronic disease management - care plans, health assessments.

Pre-employment medical evaluations.

Assisting GP's with minor procedures.

Removal of sutures, wound care, and dressings.

Daily maintenance of the treatment room, stock control, sterilization, and care of medical instruments and equipment.

Management of sample medication supplies.

Assist Practice Manager with relevant accreditation requirements.

Essential Requirements are:

AHPRA Registration.

Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize and triage patients.

Accreditation experience essential.

Ability to maintain and supervise cold chain management.

Proficient computer and admin skills.

Experience in general practice.
