Responsibilities:
As an Early Career Speech Pathologist at Talkshop, you will play a crucial role in delivering meaningful, high-quality clinical services. Your key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical services: Deliver evidence-based, client-centred assessments and interventions across a variety of service delivery modes, including individual and group therapy in clinics, schools, preschools, and community settings.
Supporting client progress: Develop therapy plans that address individual client goals, monitor progress, and adapt approaches to ensure the best outcomes.
Building strong relationships: Establish trusting and collaborative relationships with clients and families to support engagement, progress, and shared decision-making.
Delivering high-impact therapy: Work directly with clients to build and enhance their communication skills, enabling them to thrive in learning, life, and relationships.
Contributing to growth: Be proactive in managing your caseload and schedule, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets client needs and supports the growth of Talkshop’s services.
Engaging in professional development: Actively participate in supervision, workshops, and training sessions to develop your clinical reasoning and expand your skill set as a practitioner.
Expanding community impact: Work collaboratively with schools, preschools, and community partners to promote awareness and access to services.

What we need from you:
Membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP status required).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech Pathology.
