If you are an experienced Allied Health professional looking for a fresh challenge, this position offers a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to play a key role in building and retaining our highly skilled Allied Health workforce at BRHS. Two contracts are currently available, please specify your preference in your application.
The Contracts: Ongoing, 16.0 hours per fortnight and Fixed Term Part Time, 32.0 hours per fortnight to 14 March 2026
The Position:
In this diverse role your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist managers with the implementation of new policies and processes relating to allied health staff, as appropriate
- Establish and maintain a clinical placement program for Allied Health Professionals and Assistants which includes sound systems of clinical supervision for students and graduates
- Lead and support the Allied Health Teams to develop and implement educational programs that are evidence-based in adult learning principles and align with organisational goals and funded accreditation bodies.
Key requirements:
- Current qualification as an Allied Health Professional with current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Allied Health Profession
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership and/or education role would be an advantage
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or completion of a graduate certificate in education or health professional education or willingness to undertake
