About the role

This exciting commission-only Sales Agent role represented by The Recruitment Partners' in The Lower North Shore of Sydney will provide you the opportunity to thrive in the fast-paced residential real estate industry. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving property sales and delivering exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers. This contract position offers the flexibility to build your own schedule and earn uncapped commissions.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting for new listings and generating sales leads through various channels

Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on local property trends

Hosting open homes and private viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers

Negotiating contracts and closing sales transactions

Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Maintaining detailed records and following up on all sales activities

What we're looking for

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related commission-based sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the local residential real estate market and regulations
