We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Full-time Commercial/ Domestic Electrician to join our team working alongside other Qualified Electricians and Apprentices. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.

To meet the requirements of the role, you must have:

• Proven experience in leadership and supervision, able to assign tasks, assist with mentoring, and manage onsite teams of electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
• Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and safe completion.
• Manage the department's budget and procurement of materials and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Experience & confidence in fault finding
• High attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices
• Experience in domestic and commercial electrical. Major home renovations, new builds, commercial fit outs, service/maintenance work
• Ability to read and interpret technical / layout drawings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
• Have great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SIMPRO - (desired but not essential).
• Be available to start immediately – (desired but not essential).

As well as hold the following:

• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current Electrical Contractors Licence
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Current White Card.
• Current Working at Heights ticket – (desired but not essential).
