Chef de Partie – Café Anvaya

Location: The Hills District, Sydney

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Full-Time Role – 6 Days a Week

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join Café Anvaya’s opening team! This is your chance to be part of something from the beginning, with room to grow and contribute to a menu focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen🔸 Work closely with the Head Chef and support daily kitchen operations🔸 Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards🔸 Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture

We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen✔ Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow✔ Available full-time, 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays

Your Role:

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Assist chefs with basic food prep as required

Follow all hygiene and food safety standards
