We’re working with a rapidly growing, medium-sized financial services firm based in East Brisbane, with a team of 25+ staff. Due to their strong reputation and consistent client referrals, they are currently experiencing a surge in demand that exceeds their capacity. Their client base is diverse, with a strong focus on wealth accumulators.

They are now seeking a client-centric Financial Adviser to join their expanding team. The firm is known for its exceptional client service and strong relationships with referral partners. In this role, you’ll manage an existing book of clients while also welcoming new clients through ongoing referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and transparency
• Proactively grow your client base through internal and external channels
• Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure accurate implementation of strategies from the Statement of Advice (SoA)
• Review and approve advice documents to ensure alignment with client goals, scope of advice, and risk profiles
• Deliver high-quality, strategic advice on complex financial matters including wealth creation, superannuation, and retirement planning
• Provide mentorship, development, and succession planning support to junior team members

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be an Authorised Representative on the ASIC Register
• MUST be FASEA compliant and meet all educational requirements
• Experience across holistic advice
• SMSF Accreditation is highly regarded
• Strong client centric approach and ability to build relationships with key referral partners
