Dermedica is on the search for a ‘client experience’ RECEPTIONIST to play a pivotal role in cultivating exceptional experiences for our patients.

As the first point of contact, you will have a natural ability to build instant rapport and make patients feel welcome. Your keen interest in skin health will allow you to actively promote suitable products and treatments to clients, and you will truly enjoy supporting them on their skin journey.

Led by Dr Joanna Teh, we are known for our skilled team of clinicians, who have extensive experience in delivering a wide range of injectables & advanced treatment combinations.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, phone calls and responding to emails.

An ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.

Competent in maintaining accurate records to ensure an effective and compliant patient database.

Experience in a similar front-of-house role, including scheduling client appointments, answering client queries, and recommending suitable treatments and products.

Proven ability to work autonomously with competing priorities.

Active in keeping the reception area and clinic rooms clean & hygienic.

Must have a keen interest in the beauty & aesthetic industry!

COVER LETTER REQUIRED: Summarizing relevant skills, interest & weekly availability.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and additional training required.

Casual role. approx. 12 – 15 hours per week.

We are looking for a special someone to take on a Wednesday shift 2.00pm to 7.30pm

Plus,

One x 4 hour afternoon shift per week (approx. 2.30pm to 6.30pm) and or,

One x 4 hour morning shift per week (approx. 9.30am to 1.30pm)

*Help on other days (holiday / sick) when needed.
