About the role

The Brimble team is currently seeking Track Machine Operators to work on a Fly In Fly Out basis in the Pilbara, WA. The role is a temporary position but could transition to a full time role for the right candidate. As a Track Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialised rail resurfacing machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

Operate specialised rail resurfacing machinery.

Perform regular maintenance on a range of machinery to minimise any downtime of the machine and meet maintenance schedules.

Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and test machinery including creating and completing accurate notifications and records.

Assist and support other maintenance and operations personnel in the delivery of multi-trade works including responding to breakdowns and completing operational and maintenance-based activities.

Ensure that scheduled work carried out in line with company and the relevant industry standards and regulations.

Proactively develop skills and knowledge required for the rail environment through on-the-job training.

Travel to different work locations, working as part of a team.

About You

Proven ability to be a supportive team member, with strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Flexibility for potential overtime and weekend work.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete and maintain CAT 1 Medical.

Ability to obtain Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.

Hold a current valid Australian Drivers Licence.

Permanent Residency / Australian Citizenship.
