At Novatech Creative Event Technology, we’re known for delivering exceptional live event experiences. But behind the lights, sound, and screens is a passionate team—and that team is growing. We’re on the lookout for an energetic and organised Recruitment Assistant to support our busy People & Culture team on a 3–6 month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some prior recruitment experience who’s keen to deepen their skills in a creative, fast-paced industry.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, People & Performance and working closely with the People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a key administrative role in supporting the recruitment functions of the business.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Creating and posting engaging job ads aligned with our brand and tone.

Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.

Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and communication.

Ensuring a smooth candidate experience through prompt and friendly communication.

Supporting the People & Culture team with recruitment admin, including updating our applicant tracking system, managing records, and assisting with compliance.

What we’re looking for:

Some hands-on experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition support role.

Great communication and organisational skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.

A proactive, flexible mindset—you’re happy juggling multiple roles and priorities.

An interest in the events, entertainment, or creative technology industries is a plus!
