We are continuing a phase of extensive growth and are looking for an Aged Care Revenue Management Accountant to be part of this exciting journey.

Skills

Aged Care Revenue Specialist: Proficient in aged care billing, well-versed with regulatory compliance, and a whiz at navigating aged care funding models and Medicare intricacies. Oversee monthly Medicare funding reconciliation and ensure funding is aligned with billing streams.

Problem Solver: Adept at reconciling complex accounts and demystifying billing for residents and their families under the aged care regulatory framework.

Process Innovator: Skilled in crafting process manuals to guide Aged Care Billing specialists through various scenarios. With a focus on understanding and interpreting the Aged Care Act, Fees and Payments Principles and Means Testing impact on Fees and Accommodation payments.

Agile and Organized: Capable of swiftly adapting to change, prioritizing tasks, efficiently communication with and training team members.

Hybrid Work Model Enthusiast: Eager to blend office collaboration at our Tuggerah location with the autonomy of working from home. This model promises both professional development and focused independence.

Experience

At least 3 years Aged Care Accounting experience is essential to this position with Residential Aged Care billing experience setting you apart from the rest. Alternatively, experience with billing in other highly regulated industries would be advantageous.

Experience using an Aged Care Software program is also highly regarded, with Care Systems experience a major advantage.

Degree qualified in Accounting or Similar.
