Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking a passionate and experienced Aged Care & Disability Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality aged care and disability services in Numbulwar .

In this vital role, you’ll coordinate and oversee the delivery of HCP, CHSP, and NDIS programs, manage client services, support staff training and development, and ensure the efficient use of resources and budgets. You will play a key role in upholding compliance with legislation and internal procedures while fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

Relevant Qualifications – Holds tertiary qualifications in fields such as Social Sciences, Nursing, Aged Care, or Health Science.

Cultural Competency – Understands Indigenous cultural practices and can work effectively in cross-cultural, remote environments.

Communication & Case Management Skills – Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities, along with knowledge of case management.

Experience with Vulnerable Groups – Skilled in working with vulnerable populations, including the elderly, disabled.

Industry Knowledge & Tech Proficiency – Familiar with food safety and WHS regulations, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
