BiomeCentric is a leading contract manufacturer located in Molendinar on the stunning Gold Coast. We are currently implementing new production lines to expand our capabilities, as such, we are looking for dedicated Production Operators & Packers to help bring our innovative products to life!

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring our products are manufactured and packaged to the highest standards. You will be involved in the production of a diverse range of products, while supporting the launch of new production lines. If you thrive in a hands-on role, enjoy working in a team-driven setting, and have a strong attention to detail, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Operate and monitor production line equipment
✅ Pack and label products according to specifications
✅ Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
✅ Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

What We're Looking For

- Experience in manufacturing, production, or packing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high-quality production standards
- Good physical fitness for repetitive tasks and manual handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
