We are currently seeking to employ multiple positions for a busy window and screen door manufacturer in Heatherbrae. We are looking for Cutters, Assemblers and Screen Fitters to work at various stages throughout the Production process.

These positions are day shift- Monday to Friday- 6am starts (some flexibility may be required for start times)

All applicants must have full and unrestricted work rights within Australia and must reside locally to be considered for these roles- not suitable for those holding a Working Holiday or Student Visa.

To be considered for these roles you must meet the following selection criteria:

Experience in a manufacturing environment- Essential;

Confident with hand & power tool use- Essential;

Be able to fully commit to a complete Monday to Friday working week;

Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual heavy lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling- Essential;

Own car and licence- Essential;

Able to read and write as there will be plan reading and measured cutting- Essential;

Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;

Have full PPE including steel capped boots and hi-vis long sleeve shirt & long work pants;

Reliability is key as these roles could lead to permanent positions;

Available for an immediate start!

Cutters- will need to operate machinery- including drop saws of various sizes and be confident using hand & power tools.

Assemblers- need to be experienced using hand & power tools such as using rivet guns and feel confident to read plans.

Screen Fitters- this is a delicate process that requires high dexterity & attention to detail.
