The Role
With the support of the Facility Manager, you have responsibilities to lead and manage the clinical and care teams. This critical role will ensure that a high standard of care is maintained in the home and is a member of a highly effective and efficient leadership team.
You will provide direction and expert clinical advice to your team. This role will also include the responsibility of managing their educational and professional development and championing the customer service within the facility.

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced aged care CCC/CM with strong clinical skills. As a qualified and registered RN, it is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of funding and the accreditation standards.
You will also need to possess strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor both clinical and non clinical staff.

Benefits
