Job Description: The role of the Trainee Case Manager is to assist and support injured worker’s return to work through the delivery of person-centred case management to ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to robust and sustainable outcomes.

Position: Trainee Case Manager

Note: To qualify you MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE VETERAN OR PARTNER OF A VETERAN. It is NOT a pre-requisite that you have prior skills in the areas detailed above as you will receive training in these as part of the DXC Veterans Program.

Highly skilled instructors from DXC Technology’s Training Academy will deliver a four-week on-the-job job skills training package that will give individualised support training and education for you to carry out the duties of a Trainee Case Manager.

Great at problem-solving and organising tasks to meet deadlines

Skilled in multitasking across various tech platforms

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Effective in communication and teamwork, including the ability to liaise effectively with workers, employers, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners

Excellent at customer service, with sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs

Flexible working arrangements

Location: Hybrid & DXC Technology Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW.

Training: 2-day Untapped-Talent Onboarding & 4 weeks On-The-Job training at DXC Technology Macquarie Park.

Salary Range: Competitive salary inclusive of Super.

Hours: Monday - Friday Between 8.30am-5pm.
