🔹 Summary：
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume All You Can Eat restaurant in Melbourne’s southeast. Full-time role, 6-day roster with structured support.

🔹 Responsibilities：

Oversee all daily FOH/BOH operations

Manage staff rosters, inventory, and service delivery

Drive sales performance and customer engagement

Lead and mentor a team during peak hours

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

🔹 Requirements：

2+ years in hospitality or food-service management

RSA + Food Handling Certificate (Level 1 & 2)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident with POS, rostering, and problem-solving

Hands-on, people-oriented, and reliable

🔹 Schedule：

Full-time, 6 days per week （42hours）

Weekdays: 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Sundays: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

Fixed day off: Tuesdays
