We are currently seeking an Intermediate Accountant with at least 2–4 years of public practice experience to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role
As an Intermediate Accountant at McAuley & Co, you’ll be working directly with a diverse range of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for:

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships

Assisting in the preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS, and other statutory compliance

Providing tax planning and general business advice

Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies

Working closely with senior accountants and managers to deliver client solutions

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Degree qualified or currently studying (or)

Undertaking or planning to undertake CA/CPA qualification

Experienced with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and/or QuickBooks

Confident in client communication and professional in conduct

A team player with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Eager to grow and develop in a supportive, collaborative environment
