Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or high-level customer service
• Proactive in networking, business development, and event organization
• A strong drive to achieve KPIs and store targets
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills that go above and beyond
• Experience in Audio Visual is a plus, but not essential—what matters most is a genuine interest in the industry, relationship-building prowess, and a willingness to learn
• Luxury retail sales experience is highly valued
