An incredible opportunity awaits a passionate Sales Ambassador to join a stunning boutique for one of Sydney’s most prestigious jewellery and timepiece houses. Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, this boutique showcases exquisite craftsmanship and timeless design.

This is an environment where you can truly take your time with each client, using a personalised, consultative approach to create lasting relationships.

As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for every aspect of the client experience — from clientelling and CRM management to delivering an exceptional, memorable service.

Experience in jewellery or timepieces is not essential — full product training will be provided. What matters most is that you are engaging, personable, and impeccably presented, embodying the spirit of a luxury retail environment.

What we’re looking for:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding sales goals

A strong appreciation for premium jewellery and luxury craftsmanship

A focus on CRM, client networking, and building lasting customer relationships

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 2 years' experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or a high-end service environment

Be confident in achieving individual KPIs while supporting a strong team culture

Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and a natural sense of positivity

Have an engaging, dynamic, and professional presence

A competitive base salary from $65,000 + superannuation + outstanding commission opportunities.
