Position Objective

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. We'd like to meet you if you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Create these materials using technology, including computer software programs, such as Adobe's Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Meet with managers to understand what they want their proposed artwork to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Working with the marketing team to create sales materials
• Designing, building and maintaining websites and all related design material
• Coordinating with partners and stakeholders on website builds and marketing campaigns
• Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and images.
• Produce drafts for managers to review and revise based on the feedback.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Competency requirements:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• Experience in designing for print and digital
• Relevant undergraduate degree or higher
• Portfolio of previous work ready to present
• Communication skills
• Time management skills
• Teamwork skills
• Right to work in Australia
• Understanding of branding strategy
• Good written and verbal skills
• Having an eye for details
