About the Role

As a New Homes Consultant, you will be vital in providing excellent customer service to our customers while guiding them through the building process. Nurturing leads is a key focus, ensuring consistent communication and support for prospective customers throughout their decision-making process.

You'll be meeting with customers in their homes, on-site, or at local estates, showcasing our designs and working closely with them to bring their visions to life. Your ability to understand and explain building plans, material specifications, and site requirements will be essential in building trust and confidence with our customers.

This position begins as a remote, work-from-home role, with a transition to an office-based setting anticipated later this year.

• Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help families build their dream homes.
• Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Independent: You are comfortable with remote communication tools and can effectively collaborate with team members while working independently.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.
• Valid Driver's Licence: You possess a current driver's licence.
• New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience within the new home building industry is essential. While we appreciate previous sales experience, we are equally interested in hearing from you regardless of your previous role within the industry.
