ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This Sydney Local Council, based in the Eastern Suburbs, is currently seeking an A1 Accredited Senior Building Surveyor to assist their team with the delivery of multiple projects. The role offers an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

DUTIES.

• Conduct site and building inspections
• Assess Development Applications
• Issue certificates related to building work for all classes of buildings
• Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Certificate of registration with NSW Fair Trading
• Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
