Murdoch Childrens Research Institute committed to building a scalable and sustainable technology ecosystem that accelerates research and delivers real-world impact in clinical care. As we grow, we are investing in the people and programs that will drive this transformation — and you could be at the heart of it.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Increasing general technology literacy across the Institute
  • Creating and using a range of fit-for-purpose media to support self-directed engagement
  • Identifying and addressing gaps with the development of new content

About You:

You are a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for education, technology, and collaboration. You excel in translating complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are confident leading programs that support meaningful change.

Collaborate for Impact:

You'll work closely with departments across the Institute, as well as partners across the broader Children's Campus — including the Royal Children's Hospital and the University of Melbourne — to amplify the reach and relevance of our education and engagement initiatives.

Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in education/training
  • Demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of education solutions and materials
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Ability to identify skills gaps and turn into learning and development solutions

  • Strategic leadership role with institute-wide influence
