About the role:

• Complex employment litigation in Federal and State jurisdictions.
• High-level industrial relations disputes and enterprise agreements.
• Executive contracts, terminations, restructures, and redundancy strategies.
• Discrimination, bullying, whistleblower, and OH&S issues.
• Employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of post-admission experience in employment/workplace relations law.
• Experience running matters with autonomy and supporting junior lawyers.
• A strong academic track record (WAM 75+ preferred).
• Practical, commercial mindset and clear communication style.
• A collaborative team player, keen to deepen client-facing and technical skills.
