The role
The Customer Care Representative proactively engages with some of our most vulnerable customers to provide them with support and guidance utilising our assistance options with the objective of ensuring a high level of customer service. The Customer Care Representative will also help achieve a balance between customer care and effective debt management. Functions performed by the Customer Care Representative adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards and Gippsland Water policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring
Experience in resolving a range of complex customer queries in an empathetic manner.
Experience in negotiating successful outcomes for vulnerable customers and customers experiencing financial difficulties.
Advanced analytical skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including strong computer literacy skills.
