Central Auto Group is looking to expand our dynamic sales team at our North Gosford and Tuggerah Dealerships. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, have a knack for building relationships, and are driven to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit objectives

Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction

Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers

Drive finance introductions and sales opportunities

Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores through excellent service

Collaborate with the team to create a positive, engaging workplace

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers

Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)

Mitsubishi and Hyundai experience highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A solution-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve

Excellent listening skills and the ability to read customer needs

A team player who fosters a collaborative and innovative environment
