$47.43/hr + Super | Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm

Our client, a leading name in the steel manufacturing and recycling industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator for a temporary assignment at their Laverton North site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicle compliance.

• Accurately record weight data for incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• Maintain clear and detailed records of goods, vehicle info, and customer references.

• Monitor weight limits and take corrective action where necessary.

• Ensure adherence to environmental, regulatory, and operational guidelines.

• Use weighbridge systems/software with technical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Apply basic maths to perform accurate calculations and conversions.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and correct documentation errors.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any weighing-related queries.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience operating a weighbridge (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and basic technical troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations smoothly.
